pspdfrotate
Rotate PS and PDF page.
Psdfrotate can be used to rotate a page or multple pages. It expects as input a PS or a PDF file.. The output is again a PS or PDF file.
Since sometimes pspdfrotate does not like your PS files.
Psdfposter is a bash script. It has a zenity GUI and need a good software to work, pspdftool that you can find at sourceforge.net (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pspdftool/)
For now it is only in Italian, has an ugly code, (I am not a real programmer, I am a teacher of physical education), it has not a guide, but it works well.
